Terms of Service

Welcome to Tregox. These terms explain what you can expect from us and what we ask of you when you use Tregox. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. Tregox is a product of Novachi Group LLC.

Your account

You need an account to use most of Tregox. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything that happens under your account. If you sign in with Google, the same rules apply. Let us know right away if you suspect someone else has accessed your account.

Acceptable use

Use Tregox for lawful purposes. Do not upload content that is illegal, abusive, infringes on someone else's rights, or contains malware. Do not try to break, scrape, or overwhelm the service. Do not use Tregox to build a competing product, and do not resell access without our written permission.

Your content

You own your screenshots and the data you upload. You grant us a limited license to store, process, extract text from, and display your content so we can run Tregox for you. We do not claim ownership of your captures, and we will not use them to train AI models or share them with advertisers.

Plans and payment

Tregox offers a free plan and paid plans. Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Prices may change with reasonable notice.

Privacy

How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using Tregox, you accept the practices described there.

Service availability

We work hard to keep Tregox running smoothly, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service. We may need to perform maintenance, fix bugs, or update features. We provide Tregox on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

Termination

You can close your account at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or that pose a risk to the service or other users. If your account is closed, you may lose access to your screenshots and stored data.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Novachi Group LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Tregox. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Changes

We may update these terms as Tregox evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and notify active users by email. Continued use of Tregox after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.
