End User License Agreement

This Subscription End User License Agreement ("EULA" or "Agreement") governs access to and use of the Tregox software, applications, web platform, desktop tools, browser extensions, APIs, documentation, integrations, online services, and related features.

1.Definitions

1.1 Authorized User

"Authorized User" means: (a) you, if you licensed Tregox in your individual capacity; or (b) any named individual authorized by a business, school, government entity, educational institution, nonprofit, enterprise, or organization to access and use Tregox under an applicable subscription, order, or license. Licensee is responsible for all acts and omissions of its Authorized Users.

1.2 Content

"Content" means any screenshots, snips, images, screen recordings, files, documents, text, annotations, notes, tags, metadata, folders, comments, knowledge records, visual documentation, data, or other materials created, uploaded, captured, processed, stored, shared, or transmitted through Tregox.

1.3 Licensee Content

"Licensee Content" means Content created, uploaded, captured, stored, managed, or shared by Licensee or its Authorized Users through the Software.

1.4 Tregox Content

"Tregox Content" means all software, templates, workflows, sample libraries, icons, interface elements, product documentation, design systems, AI assisted organizational structures provided by Tregox, and other materials made available by Tregox as part of the Service, excluding Licensee Content.

1.5 Device

"Device" means a desktop computer, laptop, mobile device, browser environment, virtual machine, server, or other supported hardware or software environment capable of accessing or running Tregox.

1.6 Individual Subscription

"Individual Subscription" means a subscription purchased for use by one Authorized User.

1.7 Team Subscription

"Team Subscription" means a subscription purchased for use by multiple Authorized Users within a shared workspace.

1.8 Enterprise Subscription

"Enterprise Subscription" means a subscription purchased by a business, government entity, educational institution, nonprofit, or other organization for multiple Authorized Users and may include administrative controls, security features, compliance features, support, service level commitments, or custom terms.

1.9 Order

"Order" means any quote, order form, subscription plan, purchase confirmation, invoice, reseller agreement, enterprise agreement, statement of work, or similar document referencing Tregox or this EULA.

1.10 Workspace

"Workspace" means a shared Tregox environment used by Authorized Users to capture, organize, annotate, search, manage, and share Content.

1.11 AI Features

"AI Features" means any artificial intelligence, machine learning, OCR, automated tagging, summarization, categorization, recommendation, search enhancement, content extraction, workflow automation, or insight generation features provided by Tregox.

1.12 Internal Network

"Internal Network" means a Licensee controlled private network or controlled cloud environment accessible only by Authorized Users and not generally available to the public.

1.13 Software

"Software" means the Tregox software platform, including web applications, desktop applications, browser extensions, mobile applications, APIs, online services, documentation, updates, and related digital tools.

2.Grant of License

Subject to Licensee's payment of all applicable fees and compliance with this EULA, Tregox grants Licensee a limited, non exclusive, non transferable, non sublicensable, revocable license during the applicable subscription term to access and use the Software solely for Licensee's internal business, educational, personal, or organizational purposes.

This EULA grants a license to use the Software. It does not transfer ownership of the Software to Licensee. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Tregox.

3.Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use Tregox. If you access or use Tregox on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that organization to this EULA.

3.2 Account Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration, billing, and account information and to keep such information updated.

3.3 Password and Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify Tregox immediately if you suspect unauthorized access, credential compromise, or misuse of your account. Tregox may require you to reset your password or suspend account access if we reasonably believe your account is insecure or compromised.

4.Subscription, Billing, and Payment

4.1 Subscription Plans

Tregox may offer free, trial, individual, team, enterprise, educational, nonprofit, or custom subscription plans. The features, storage limits, user limits, usage limits, support levels, and pricing applicable to your subscription will be described in the applicable Order, plan description, website, or written agreement.

4.2 Payment

By purchasing a paid subscription, you authorize Tregox or its payment processor to charge all applicable subscription fees, usage fees, taxes, renewal fees, and other amounts due.

4.3 Renewal

Unless otherwise stated in an Order, paid subscriptions automatically renew for successive subscription terms until canceled.

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription according to the cancellation process made available by Tregox. Cancellation will generally take effect at the end of the then current billing period unless otherwise stated.

4.5 Refunds

Fees are non refundable except as required by law, expressly stated in the applicable Order, or provided under a written Tregox refund policy.

4.6 Late Payment

Tregox may suspend or terminate access to the Software if payment is overdue.

5.Required Internet Connection and Service Validation

Certain features of Tregox require an internet connection, including account validation, cloud sync, storage, search, AI Features, collaboration, updates, license verification, and security controls.

Tregox may periodically validate your subscription, license status, device authorization, and account permissions. If Tregox cannot validate your subscription or license, access to some or all features may be limited or disabled until validation is completed.

6.Scope of Licensed Use

6.1 Individual Subscription

An Individual Subscription may be used only by the single Authorized User assigned to that subscription. Unless otherwise stated by Tregox, an Individual Subscription may not be shared, reassigned, resold, sublicensed, or used by multiple users.

6.2 Team and Enterprise Subscriptions

For Team and Enterprise Subscriptions, the Software may be used only by the number of Authorized Users purchased or authorized under the applicable Order. Licensee may reassign a seat from one Authorized User to another if the original Authorized User no longer uses or has access to the Software, provided the reassignment does not exceed the number of purchased seats.

6.3 Internal Use Only

Unless expressly permitted in writing by Tregox, the Software may be used only for Licensee's internal business, organizational, educational, or personal purposes.

6.4 No Unauthorized Sharing

Licensee may not share login credentials, license keys, API keys, access tokens, workspace invitations, or other access rights with unauthorized persons.

6.5 Device and Platform Use

Tregox may limit access based on subscription type, user seat, device type, operating system, browser, workspace, organization, region, or other plan based restrictions.

6.6 Server or Network Deployment

If Tregox provides deployment tools, enterprise installers, or administrative deployment features, Licensee may use them only for internal deployment to Authorized Users and only in accordance with this EULA, applicable documentation, and the applicable Order.

6.7 Backup Copies

To the extent Tregox provides downloadable software, Licensee may make a reasonable number of backup copies solely for archival or disaster recovery purposes, provided those copies are not used to exceed licensed usage limits.

7.Restrictions on Use

Licensee and Authorized Users may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, translate, modify, or attempt to derive the source code, architecture, algorithms, models, or underlying ideas of the Software, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

Licensee and Authorized Users may not copy, reproduce, sell, resell, rent, lease, lend, sublicense, distribute, host, outsource, provide service bureau access to, or commercially exploit the Software except as expressly permitted.

Licensee and Authorized Users may not use the Software to build, train, improve, or support a competing product or service; circumvent license controls, security features, usage limits, access controls, watermarking, audit mechanisms, or digital rights management systems; or remove, obscure, or alter proprietary notices, trademarks, copyright notices, watermarks, disclaimers, or branding.

Licensee and Authorized Users may not use automated scripts, bots, crawlers, scraping tools, or other automated methods to access the Software in a manner not authorized by Tregox; upload, store, transmit, or share malware or harmful code; interfere with or compromise the integrity, performance, availability, or security of the Software; or attempt unauthorized access to accounts, workspaces, systems, networks, data, or Content.

Licensee and Authorized Users may not use the Software in violation of applicable laws, regulations, contracts, export controls, privacy laws, intellectual property laws, employment policies, or internal organizational rules.

Licensee and Authorized Users may not use the Software to capture, store, or share confidential, proprietary, personal, regulated, or sensitive information unless all necessary rights, permissions, and legal authority exist.

Licensee and Authorized Users may not use Tregox to harass, defame, threaten, impersonate, mislead, abuse, exploit, harm, unlawfully surveil, stalk, steal credentials, exfiltrate data, or misrepresent identity, affiliation, role, authority, or ownership of Content.

8.License Compliance and Usage Monitoring

Tregox may collect and process technical, license, usage, device, account, and security information to verify subscriptions and license compliance; prevent fraud, piracy, abuse, or unauthorized use; enforce usage limits; improve security and reliability; provide support; maintain audit logs and administrative controls; and comply with applicable law.

Such information may include account identifiers, subscription status, device identifiers, IP address, browser type, operating system, session data, feature usage, storage usage, workspace activity, and license validation records. Tregox's collection and use of personal information is governed by the Tregox Privacy Policy.

9.Ownership of Software and Intellectual Property

The Software is licensed, not sold. Tregox and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, algorithms, models, interfaces, workflows, designs, documentation, templates, code, software architecture, branding, and other intellectual property.

Licensee receives only the limited usage rights expressly granted in this EULA. No rights are granted by implication, estoppel, exhaustion, or otherwise.

10.Licensee Content

10.1 Ownership of Licensee Content

Licensee retains ownership of Licensee Content. Tregox does not claim ownership of Licensee Content.

10.2 License to Tregox

Licensee grants Tregox a limited, worldwide, non exclusive, royalty free license to host, store, process, reproduce, transmit, display, index, analyze, and otherwise use Licensee Content solely as necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Software; enable capture, organization, annotation, search, storage, collaboration, sharing, export, and documentation features; provide support requested by Licensee; detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security incidents, or technical issues; comply with legal obligations; and enforce this EULA.

10.3 Licensee Responsibility

Licensee is solely responsible for Licensee Content, including its legality, accuracy, quality, integrity, permissions, confidentiality, retention, backup, and use. Licensee represents and warrants that it has all rights, licenses, consents, permissions, and authority necessary to upload, capture, store, process, annotate, manage, and share Licensee Content through Tregox.

10.4 Sensitive and Regulated Content

Tregox may be used to store business, educational, operational, or technical information. However, Licensee is responsible for determining whether the Software is appropriate for regulated, confidential, personal, health, financial, student, government, or sensitive information. Unless Tregox has entered into a separate written agreement expressly covering such use, Licensee may not use Tregox in a manner that requires Tregox to comply with specialized regulatory obligations, including HIPAA, FERPA, GLBA, ITAR, CJIS, or similar frameworks.

10.5 Backups

Licensee is responsible for maintaining backup copies of Licensee Content as appropriate for Licensee's needs. Tregox is not responsible for loss, corruption, deletion, or failure to store Licensee Content except to the extent expressly required by a separate written agreement.

11.Sharing, Collaboration, and Public Links

Tregox may allow Licensee and Authorized Users to share Content with other users, workspaces, organizations, or third parties. Licensee is solely responsible for choosing appropriate sharing settings; managing permissions; revoking access when necessary; ensuring shared Content does not violate laws, contracts, policies, or third party rights; and ensuring that public links or external shares are appropriate and authorized.

Tregox is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by Licensee's sharing settings, credential sharing, misconfigured permissions, or failure to manage access.

12.Team and Enterprise Administration

If Licensee uses Tregox through a Team or Enterprise Workspace, administrators may manage Authorized Users, permissions, access controls, billing, security settings, integrations, retention policies, and workspace Content. Administrators may access, export, delete, restrict, transfer, or manage Content within the Workspace depending on plan settings and permissions. Licensee is responsible for all activity within its Workspace. Authorized Users acknowledge that their use of an organization managed Workspace may be subject to the organization's policies and administrator controls.

13.AI, OCR, Search, and Automation Features

13.1 AI Feature Availability

Tregox may provide AI Features, including OCR, text extraction, object recognition, automatic tagging, summarization, smart search, classification, recommendations, workflow automation, and knowledge organization.

13.2 Output Accuracy

AI Features may produce incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, biased, or inappropriate outputs. Licensee is responsible for reviewing, validating, and approving AI generated outputs before relying on them. Tregox does not guarantee that AI Features will identify all relevant information, classify Content correctly, extract all text accurately, or produce error free results.

13.3 No Professional Advice

AI generated outputs are not legal, medical, financial, compliance, educational, security, or professional advice. Licensee must use independent judgment and qualified professional review where appropriate.

13.4 AI Processing

Licensee acknowledges that AI Features may require processing of Licensee Content, metadata, or extracted text to provide requested functionality. Tregox's use of Licensee Content for AI processing will be governed by this EULA, the Privacy Policy, and any applicable enterprise agreement or data processing agreement.

13.5 Model Training

Unless expressly stated in a separate agreement or product setting, Tregox will not use Enterprise Licensee Content to train general purpose AI models without authorization.

14.Third Party Services and Integrations

Tregox may integrate with third party services, including cloud storage providers, identity providers, communication platforms, project management tools, ticketing systems, productivity applications, analytics tools, payment processors, and AI infrastructure providers.

Use of third party services may be subject to separate terms, privacy policies, fees, permissions, and security practices. Tregox is not responsible for third party services, including their availability, security, performance, data handling, or content. Licensee authorizes Tregox to access and exchange information with third party services as necessary to provide integrations configured by Licensee or its Authorized Users.

15.Privacy and Data Protection

Tregox's collection, use, processing, storage, and protection of personal information is described in the Tregox Privacy Policy. For enterprise customers, Tregox may offer a Data Processing Agreement, security documentation, or additional privacy terms.

Licensee is responsible for providing all required notices and obtaining all required consents from Authorized Users and third parties whose information is uploaded, captured, or processed through Tregox.

16.Security

Tregox will use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect the security of the Software and Licensee Content. However, no system is completely secure. Tregox does not guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never defeat security measures.

Licensee is responsible for protecting credentials; managing administrator access; configuring permissions appropriately; reviewing shared links; using secure devices and networks; complying with internal security policies; and reporting suspected security incidents promptly.

17.Updates, Modifications, and Availability

Tregox may update, modify, enhance, suspend, discontinue, or remove features of the Software at any time. Tregox may provide updates automatically or require Licensee to install updates to continue using the Software.

The Software may be unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, outages, third party failures, security events, internet disruptions, or circumstances beyond Tregox's control. Tregox does not guarantee uninterrupted or error free operation unless expressly stated in a separate written service level agreement.

18.Beta, Trial, and Preview Features

Tregox may provide beta, trial, pilot, early access, experimental, or preview features. Such features are provided "as is," may be changed or discontinued at any time, may contain bugs or limitations, and may not be covered by support, warranty, or service level commitments. Licensee uses beta and preview features at its own risk.

19.Support

Tregox may provide support according to the applicable subscription plan, Order, support policy, or enterprise agreement. Support may include documentation, help center resources, email support, chat support, onboarding, training, implementation assistance, or dedicated account support.

Tregox is not obligated to provide support for unsupported platforms, modified software, expired subscriptions, unauthorized deployments, or misuse.

20.Term and Termination

20.1 Term

This EULA begins when Licensee first accepts, downloads, installs, accesses, or uses the Software and continues for the duration of the applicable subscription term unless terminated earlier.

20.2 Termination by Licensee

Licensee may stop using the Software at any time and may cancel its subscription according to Tregox's cancellation procedures.

20.3 Termination by Tregox

Tregox may suspend or terminate Licensee's access to the Software if Licensee breaches this EULA; payment is overdue; use creates legal, security, operational, or reputational risk; Licensee violates applicable law or third party rights; termination is required by law, court order, government authority, or regulatory requirement; or Licensee uses the Software in a way that could harm Tregox, other users, or third parties.

20.4 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, Licensee's right to access and use the Software ends; Licensee must stop using and uninstall any downloadable Software; Licensee must destroy or return any confidential Tregox materials; Tregox may disable access to the account or Workspace; and Licensee remains responsible for all fees incurred before termination.

20.5 Content Access After Termination

Tregox may provide a limited period for Licensee to export Licensee Content after termination, depending on the subscription plan and applicable policies. After such period, Tregox may delete or retain Licensee Content according to its retention policies, legal obligations, backup procedures, and applicable agreements.

21.Data Export and Deletion

Tregox may provide tools for Licensee to export, download, delete, or manage Licensee Content. Licensee is responsible for exporting any Content it wishes to retain before subscription cancellation, account deletion, or termination. Deleted Content may remain in backups or logs for a limited period consistent with Tregox's standard retention practices unless otherwise required by law or agreement.

22.Feedback

If Licensee or any Authorized User provides feedback, suggestions, comments, ideas, feature requests, or recommendations about Tregox, Licensee grants Tregox a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty free license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, commercialize, and incorporate such feedback without restriction or compensation.

23.Confidentiality

If either party receives confidential information from the other, the receiving party agrees to use reasonable care to protect that information and to use it only for purposes related to this EULA.

Confidential information does not include information that is publicly available without breach; was known before disclosure; is independently developed without use of confidential information; or is received lawfully from a third party without confidentiality obligations. Enterprise customers may be subject to separate confidentiality terms in an Order or enterprise agreement.

24.U.S. Government Rights

If Licensee is a U.S. government entity or contractor, the Software is provided as "commercial computer software" and "commercial computer software documentation" under applicable federal acquisition regulations. Government use, reproduction, release, modification, disclosure, or transfer is restricted in accordance with this EULA and applicable law.

25.Export Control and Sanctions Compliance

Licensee may not use, export, re export, transfer, or access the Software in violation of applicable export control, sanctions, or trade compliance laws. Licensee represents that neither Licensee nor its Authorized Users are located in a comprehensively sanctioned jurisdiction; listed on a restricted party list; using the Software for prohibited end uses; or using the Software in violation of applicable export laws.

26.Limited Warranty

For paid subscriptions, Tregox warrants that, during the subscription term, the Software will materially conform to the applicable documentation under normal authorized use.

This limited warranty does not apply to issues caused by unauthorized modification; misuse or abuse; unsupported devices, browsers, systems, or integrations; third party services; internet or network failures; Licensee Content; beta, trial, preview, or experimental features; or use not in accordance with documentation or this EULA.

Licensee's sole remedy for breach of this limited warranty is for Tregox, at its option, to use commercially reasonable efforts to correct the issue, provide a workaround, or terminate the affected subscription and provide a prorated refund of prepaid unused fees.

27.Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as expressly stated in this EULA, the Software is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tregox disclaims all warranties, express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non infringement, accuracy, availability, reliability, security, uninterrupted operation, and error free performance.

Tregox does not warrant that the Software will meet Licensee's requirements; be uninterrupted or error free; preserve Licensee Content without loss or corruption; ensure AI Features are accurate or complete; ensure search, OCR, tagging, categorization, or automation will identify all relevant Content; or ensure third party integrations will remain available or secure.

28.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tregox and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, suppliers, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, anticipated savings, or opportunities; loss, corruption, deletion, or disclosure of data or Content; business interruption; security incidents caused by Licensee, Authorized Users, or third parties; third party services or integrations; or AI generated errors, omissions, classifications, summaries, or recommendations.

Tregox's total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or related to this EULA or the Software will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amounts paid by Licensee to Tregox for the Software during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars if Licensee used the Software for free. Nothing in this EULA limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

29.Indemnification

Licensee agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Tregox and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys fees, arising out of or related to Licensee Content; Licensee's use or misuse of the Software; violation of this EULA; violation of applicable law; violation of third party intellectual property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other rights; unauthorized capture, upload, storage, sharing, or distribution of Content; misconfigured permissions, shared links, or administrator settings; or use of the Software by Authorized Users.

30.Injunctive Relief

Licensee acknowledges that unauthorized use, disclosure, copying, reverse engineering, distribution, or misuse of the Software may cause irreparable harm to Tregox. Tregox may seek injunctive or equitable relief, without the need to post bond or prove actual damages, in addition to any other remedies available.

31.Third Party Components and Open Source Software

The Software may include or interact with third party software, open source software, APIs, libraries, models, content, or services. Such components may be subject to separate license terms, notices, disclaimers, or attribution requirements. Nothing in this EULA limits Licensee's rights under applicable open source licenses. Tregox may make third party notices available through documentation, website pages, application settings, or other reasonable means.

32.Assignment

Licensee may not assign, transfer, delegate, or sublicense this EULA or any rights under it without Tregox's prior written consent. Tregox may assign this EULA in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, sale of assets, financing, or transfer of business operations. Any attempted assignment in violation of this section is void.

33.Amendments

Tregox may update this EULA from time to time. If changes are material, Tregox will provide reasonable notice, such as by posting the updated EULA, sending an email, or providing in product notice. Licensee's continued use of the Software after the effective date of updated terms constitutes acceptance of the updated EULA.

34.Severability

If any provision of this EULA is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving the parties original intent.

35.Waiver

Failure by Tregox to enforce any provision of this EULA does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision. A waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Tregox.

36.Force Majeure

Tregox will not be liable for delays, failures, or interruptions caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, internet failures, cloud provider outages, cyberattacks, government actions, pandemics, power failures, or supply chain disruptions.

37.Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to this EULA or the Software will be resolved in the state and federal courts located in the State of Georgia, United States, unless otherwise stated in an applicable Order or enterprise agreement. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

38.Dispute Resolution

Before filing a formal legal claim, the parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by providing written notice and allowing at least thirty days for good faith resolution discussions. Optional arbitration, class action waiver, or jury waiver provisions may be added depending on Tregox's preferred legal structure and jurisdiction.

39.Notices

Tregox may provide notices by email, in product message, account dashboard, website posting, or other reasonable means. Legal notices to Tregox must be sent to: Tregox Legal Department, Email legal@tregox.com, Address available on request at legal@tregox.com. Licensee is responsible for keeping its contact information current.

40.Entire Agreement

This EULA, together with any applicable Order, Privacy Policy, Data Processing Agreement, enterprise agreement, support policy, service level agreement, or supplemental terms, constitutes the entire agreement between Licensee and Tregox regarding the Software. It supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, proposals, communications, and understandings relating to the Software.

41.Survival

Any provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including provisions relating to ownership, restrictions, payment obligations, confidentiality, warranty disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, dispute resolution, and survival.

42.Acceptance

By downloading, installing, accessing, purchasing, registering for, or using Tregox, Licensee acknowledges that Licensee has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by this EULA. If Licensee does not agree, Licensee must not download, install, access, or use the Software.

A.Addendum A: Capture and Sharing Features

Tregox may include features that allow users to capture screenshots, snips, screen content, browser content, application windows, documents, and other visual information. Licensee is solely responsible for ensuring that all capture activity is lawful, authorized, and compliant with applicable employment policies, confidentiality obligations, privacy laws, intellectual property rights, and third party terms.

Licensee may not use capture features to record or capture private information without authorization; capture confidential or proprietary information without permission; circumvent access controls or digital rights restrictions; engage in surveillance, stalking, credential theft, or unauthorized monitoring; or violate workplace, school, government, or platform policies. Shared Content may be subject to the terms of any third party platform or service used to distribute or access such Content.

B.Addendum B: Enterprise Administration

For Enterprise Subscriptions, Licensee may receive administrative controls, including user provisioning, SSO, access permissions, audit logs, retention settings, security controls, shared libraries, compliance exports, and workspace governance. Licensee is responsible for configuring these controls appropriately. Tregox is not responsible for unauthorized access or disclosure resulting from Licensee's administrator settings, permission choices, user provisioning errors, or failure to manage access.

C.Addendum C: AI and Knowledge Management Features

Tregox may offer AI Features that assist with visual information management, including OCR and text extraction; automatic tagging; screenshot classification; visual search; content summarization; knowledge base organization; workflow recommendations; duplicate detection; documentation generation; and insights and trend detection.

Licensee acknowledges that AI Features are assistive tools and may produce inaccurate or incomplete results. Licensee remains responsible for all decisions, documentation, compliance actions, and business processes based on AI generated outputs.

D.Addendum D: Third Party Integrations

If Licensee enables integrations with third party tools, Licensee authorizes Tregox to exchange Content, metadata, user information, permissions, and related data with those services as necessary to provide the integration. Third party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Tregox is not responsible for third party acts, omissions, outages, security incidents, data handling, pricing changes, or discontinued services.

Short Acceptance Summary

By creating an account, installing, accessing, or using Tregox, you agree to the Tregox Subscription End User License Agreement, Privacy Policy, and any applicable subscription terms. Tregox is licensed, not sold. You are responsible for the content you capture, upload, organize, share, and manage through the platform.
